THE DOG TIED TO THE CHAIN

A rope or chain long enough.

A rope is tied around the waist of one player (the dog) and the other end is secured to a tree or pole. The dog can run around the tree while keeping the rope taut at all times. Players must manage to touch the tree without being touched by the dog. If a player is touched by the dog he is eliminated.

The player who first touches the tree without being touched by the dog. A points variant of the game can also be considered. A point is awarded each time a player touches the tree or pole.
