THE COLORED BALLS

A spoon for each team and colored paper (a different color for each team).

With the colored paper, prepare as many balls as there are players on each team. For each team use a different color. Each team also gets a spoon. Two parallel lines are drawn on the playing field, a few steps apart. Along each line colored paper balls are placed, the same distance apart, one for each player on each team. The players line up, and when play begins, the first player in the line takes the spoon with one hand and has to walk backward along the line, without touching the paper balls and get to the one furthest away. He must pick up the ball using the spoon without helping himself with his feet or other hand. Then he must go back to the second player in the line, keep the paper ball he picked up, but hand him the spoon. If, on the way, the paper ball falls off or a rule is broken, the player returns to the starting position and starts again (if he has already retrieved the paper ball, he drops it on the ground, starts again and comes back for it).

The team that first retrieves all the balls along their line.
