STRONGMEN

A long bar of iron or wood.

The two teams are facing off. Between each team there is a long iron or wooden bar (it must be strong enough) and the players hold it with their hands. A parallel line should be drawn behind each team at a distance of about six meters. When the game starts the players all push on the bar trying to pull the opposing team back.

If one team can push the other over the line that this one has behind them, they’ve won.
